Reserve Your Campsite
The first step of registration for a session of B.S.A. Summer camp is reserving your unit's campsite. A campsite reservation requires a $50 campsite reservation fee, which is payable through the Ohio River Valley Council Service Center. You may also contact Lori Abraham at the ORVC service center in order to begin this process. We strongly encourage unit leaders who are interested in coming to camp to refer to the campsite registration map in order to identify an open campsite for their desired session of camp.
The Scoutmaster's Toolbox
The Scoutmaster's toolbox is host to all of the documents and tools that Scoutmasters need in order to have a successful summer camp experience. The Scoutmaster's Toolbox will has electronic copies of B.S.A. medical forms, off-site activity parental permission slips, and more details about Merit Badge registration. The Scoutmaster's toolbox is online now. Merit Badge Registration opens on March 1, 2018.
Register your Unit's Participants
After reserving your campsite, your next step is to register and pay for your youth and adult participants. The price points for each are listed above. Payments for participants may be made through the Ohio River Valley Council service center.
Merit Badge Registration
Begin Merit Badge Registration by clicking the button below to email the program director. Merit Badge Registration is officially open March 1, 2018 but you can begin the process by downloading the MB Registration Form in the Scoutmaster toolbox. After that just send the document to the Program Director, Jordan Miller at email@example.com or click the link below.

Before registering for their Merit Badge classes, we encourage all Scouts to take a look at our Program Area map. This will allow them to plan their own path of least resistance when traveling to and from their courses.
